They are seeking an Experienced Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Automotive Technician to perform maintenance and repair work efficiently while promoting customer satisfaction and professionalism.

Responsibilities
Acts as a goodwill ambassador for the dealership by promoting professionalism and displaying excellent customer satisfaction skills
Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems
Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs
Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers
Inspect and test vehicles and record findings so that necessary repairs can be made
Continue education to keep up with rapidly changing technology and with knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment AC equipment, etc
Perform all duties in a safe manner following all company safety guidelines and policies
Perform other duties as requested and assigned by the manager
Qualification
Required
Two years in a dealership service department as a CDJR technician
ASE certifications
Good communication skills
Multi-tasking skills
Computer skills
High school diploma or the equivalent
Good driving record
