Responsibilities

Perform work specified on Repair Orders
Test drive vehicles, components and systems
Diagnose, maintain, and perform repairs
Check and Communicate Oil Level: Inspect and communicate oil levels to teammates
Ensure Tire Pressure: Verify and adjust tire pressure for proper inflation
Inspect and Refill Fluid Levels: Conduct refills as necessary
Complete Vehicle Inspection: Perform thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential issues
Oil Drain Plug and Filter Installation: Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter during oil change procedures
Clean and Lubricate Fittings: Clean and lubricate fittings as needed to ensure optimal performance
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, prioritizing our customer’s perspective

Qualification

Required

Previous experience at an automotive dealership
Strong understanding of the service drive
High school diploma or equivalent
Dexterity, requiring a steady hand and excellent hand-eye coordination
Mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Excellent customer service skills
Basic computer competencies
Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
