Polamer Precision, Inc. is a global aerospace manufacturing company specializing in complex aerospace engine components. They are seeking a CNC Repair Technician responsible for troubleshooting and repairing CNC machinery and components, including electrical and mechanical aspects.

Responsibilities

Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) as required
Troubleshooting production equipment failures and malfunctions
Testing and aiding in the implementation of equipment & equipment moves
Repairing Hydraulic systems
Occasional welding/sheet metal fabrication
Basic electrical repair
Computer skills, placing POs for components and parts
Good housekeeping practices is a must
Knowledge of appropriate PPE and work practices to limit exposure to injury risks
Operating forklift, and man lifts
Other duties as requested from supervisor

Qualification

CNC troubleshootingHydraulic systems repairElectrical repairCNC machine knowledgeOSHA safety standardsBasic mechanical skillsReading machine manualsUsing standard repair tools

Required

3+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing basic hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanics and electrical CNC components
Basic knowledge of CNC machines: spindles, ball screws, bearing, guilds, scales
Understanding of OSHA safety standards, such as Lock out/Tag out, Hazards waste spill/clean up
Capable of using standard repair tools, such as multi meters, welders, standard hand tools
Basic Ability to read and interpret machine manuals and documentation
