Responsibilities
Deliver presentations, stand-up training, or instruction to staff, management, clients, or the general public
Designs and/or prepares training/instructional materials, teaching aids and devices
Organize and conduct surveys and/or studies
Monitors and evaluates operations, programs, processes and/or practices for quality and effectiveness; makes recommendations for improvement and provides technical assistance or training
Coordinates program activities, services, and/or program implementation with DJJYS programs and facilities
Develops and implements procedures in response to agency policy, state and federal laws, etc
May supervise volunteers, interns, students. Includes: hiring, termination, training, scheduling, delegating, monitoring and reviewing work
Qualification
Required
Has experience developing and implementing training curricula
Is willing and able to travel throughout the State of Utah to train and implement programs within JJYS
This position requires a current Utah valid driver's license
You must successfully pass a criminal history check
Preferred
Licensure as a Psychologist, Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Clinical Mental Health Counselor is preferred
