Responsibilities

Manage Trip.com's lodging connectivity partners for American hotels

Review mutual technical opportunities and issues, driving solutions from both the partner's and Trip.com's internal teams

Develop plans with internal and external stakeholders to achieve various business goals from a connectivity perspective, including product competitiveness, service quality improvement, and business interruption reduction etc

Provide effective connectivity training and support to Europe market management and operation teams

Collaborate closely with internal product and tech teams to drive the development of connectivity technology
