Responsibilities
Outage Identification & Monitoring
Oversee real-time monitoring systems to detect and assess network outages
Analyze outage data to determine root causes and prioritize response efforts
Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead a team of outage response agents
Assign tasks, manage schedules, and ensure timely resolution of issues
Provide coaching and performance feedback to team members
Field Collaboration
Work closely with field leaders and technicians to expedite repairs
Coordinate logistics and resource allocation for on-site responses
Ensure clear communication between field teams and operations leadership
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve outage response protocols and reduce downtime
Collaborate with leadership teams to implement preventive processes
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in network operations, infrastructure maintenance, or outage management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Familiarity with outage monitoring tools and network diagnostics
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
