Responsibilities
Implant, maintain, and monitor telemetry devices
Collect physiological data from non-human primates and small animals
Ensure accurate logging and database entry of study data
Support animal welfare, health monitoring, and cage-side observations
Maintain telemetry equipment and troubleshoot as needed
Qualification
Required
Familiarity with GLP and AAALAC compliance
Skilled in surgical prep and recovery monitoring
Proficient in data collection software and lab instrumentation
Bachelor's degree in animal science, veterinary tech, or biology
Minimum 4+ years in preclinical animal research and telemetry studies
Experience in animal handling, dosing, and telemetry
Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance eligibility, with no access to classified information, is required
Enroll in the Personnel Reliability Program (PRP), if required
Preferred
ACTIVE SECRET is preferred
LAT or LATG certification preferred
