Responsibilities

Prep aircraft surfaces through hand cleaning, sanding, and repair work

Apply etch, alodine, and primers according to manufacturer's guidelines

Perform topcoat applications, including mixing and applying paint

Execute design layout, masking, and striping tasks

Detail and polish exterior paint to a flawless finish

Complete necessary paperwork and maintain records

Ensure compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs)

Manage team performance metrics and communicate with team members

Attend briefings and debriefings with project managers and customers

Interface with Quality Control for inspections and approvals

Mentor team members and maintain a safe work environment

Required

5 years' experience in corporate aircraft painting
