Perform all warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostic, maintenance and repair work with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards
Obtain high level of customer satisfaction as a result of personal work habits and skill
Complete all jobs correctly and on time for every service visit
The highest levels of quality and pride in what you do
A desire for your income to increase with your production
Keep work area clean and in accordance with standards of safety and proper disposal of waste
Qualification
Required
Certified Automotive Service Technician
Perform all warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostic, maintenance and repair work with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk, and hear
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may incidentally be required to stoop, kneel, and crouch, lift weight, or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds
A current valid driver's license and insurability rating is required
Proven track record of achieving goals as an A or B level Technician
Automotive education or equivalent work experience
A professional work ethic and the ability to exercise and good judgement
Preferred
Brand specific and/or ASE certifications are a plus
