Responsibilities
Tutors students in STEM content course(s), or study skills
Guides and supports student use of campus resources, technology, and appropriate study habits, conducts workshops
Provides in class support, creates resources to upload to service area Canvas course(s)
Meets with Tutoring Resources staff to ensure appropriate level of services are offered
Maintains and updates the tutoring session logs, completing Conference Summaries and other pertinent documentation as assigned
Attends training sessions provided by the College
Completes projects or duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Ability to effectively manage time and schedules
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information
Warm personality with strong communication skills with customers of diverse backgrounds
Excellent customer service skills
