The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering customer calls, responding to inquiries, and providing initial product information while maintaining positive relationships with teammates and dealership management.

Responsibilities
Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with service appointments
Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates
Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
Follow up with missed appointments
Participate in team and process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
Utilize BDC tracking system daily
Qualification
Required
At least one previous role based in customer service experience
Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
Prompt and courteous demeanor
Positive and hardworking personality
Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook
Able to work any days/hours the BDC is open
Preferred
Automotive knowledge a plus
Preferably dual-screen experience
