Responsibilities
Manage personal workflow to consistently meet service level agreements
Responsible for end-to-end Insurance application and Underwriting lodgement with Insurer and updates to accounts upon acceptance
Claims pack preparation for members, following up of requirements and lodgement with Insurer & referral to trustee services team
Protecting your super, Putting members interests first and Improving member insurance outcome updates for member accounts
Support and assist vulnerable clients as needed showing compassion and empathy
Improve system capability - Capture data, improve methods, share and increase knowledge
Qualification
Required
1–2 years' experience in the superannuation industry or a similar role
Solid understanding of superannuation processes and legislation
Basic knowledge of insurance within superannuation
Proactive, positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
Resilient and adaptable under pressure
Commitment to maintaining and expanding product and process knowledge
Strong subject matter expertise in systems, legislation, and insurance industry trends
Proven ability to build effective internal and external relationships
Preferred
RG146 certification
