Wizehire is seeking a Life & Health Insurance Sales Agent to join their expanding insurance agency. The role involves growing the client base and providing exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients while assisting with the insurance claims process.

Responsibilities

Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping
Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims
Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies
Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations
Expand our prospective customer base and market our insurance products via including networking, referrals, cold calling, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business

Qualification

Life & Health insurance licenseCustomer service experienceSales experienceBasic tech skillsInterpersonal skillsCommunication skills

Required

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must
Life insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
Reliable transportation for client meetings
Smartphone, laptop/tablet, and basic tech skills

Preferred

Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative preferred
Active Life & Health insurance license is a strong bonus
