CM/ECF Administrator
NEOGOV is seeking a skilled CM/ECF Administrator to support the U.S. District Court - District of Arizona's Case Management/Electronic Case Filing system. The role involves administering and troubleshooting RHEL servers, developing SQL scripts, and collaborating with developers to enhance system functionality.

Responsibilities
Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot issues on multiple RHEL servers with Informix databases
Support and troubleshoot issues related to the case management application and related processes
Develop and maintain SQL scripts for data extraction, transformation, and reporting
Collaborate with developers and analysts to implement enhancements and resolve application issues
Apply system and application upgrades, patches
Participate in the change management process
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Two years specialized experience, including at least one year equivalent to work at the next lower level (CL 27)
Specialized experience is progressively responsible experience designing, implementing or maintaining computer systems that included the completion of computer project assignments involving systems analysis, computer programming, systems integration, and information technology project management
Education at the master's degree level or two years of graduate study may be substituted for required specialized experience if obtained in a field closely related to the subject matter of the position
Preferred
Strong Red Hat Enterprise Linux administration experience
Proficiency in Informix SQL database management or Microsoft SQL database management
Proficiency with SQL scripting
Hands-on experience with Crystal Reports development and customization or similar reporting tools
Working knowledge of JavaScript and Perl
Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools
Familiarity with case management systems or similar enterprise applications
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues independently
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
