Asahi Kasei Plastics North America, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of innovative polymers and resins. They are currently seeking a Multi-Skilled Production Technician to operate site equipment, perform analytical testing, and maintain equipment in a 24/7 continuous operations environment.

Responsibilities

The job includes, but not limited to, operates site equipment (plant, warehouse, analytical laboratory)
Perform computer functions in plant, office, lab equipment
Perform analytical testing of raw material and/or finished product
Create, follow procedures, work instructions, EH&S and Quality standards
Perform maintenance for equipment

Qualification

Analytical testingEquipment maintenanceIndustrial certificationsForklift certificationComputer functions

Required

High School degree with minimum 2 years' experience in industrial environment is acceptable
Must be able to be certified for forklift driving. (Company certifies on-the-job)

Preferred

Associate Degree is preferred
Additional industrial certifications (i.e. welding, electrical, safety) is an advantage
