Medbio, LLC is seeking a Tooling Technician II to support customer tooling and various departments. The role involves maintaining and cleaning molds, troubleshooting hot runner systems, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

Responsible for cleaning, maintaining, sorting, and changeover of all molds (can disassemble clean and assemble molds)
Be able to trouble shoot hot runner systems
Safely able to move all molds including 4,000 lbs
Provide safe working environment
Keep a clean work area
Work for other departments when needed
Maintain all equipment in first-class condition
Help maintain a flow of ideas and a sharing of knowledge to increase the level of expertise in toolroom
Help maintain cleanliness and order that makes toolroom standout
Support and adhere to corporate mission, values, and policies
Perform other duties as assigned
Can do some milling and replace ejector pins

Required

High school diploma or GED required
Strong mechanical ability required
