Responsibilities

Mostly sell. We are long past the “figure out what product we’re building” phase - we know who our customers are and how to make them successful. We want you to plug into that engine and accelerate it
Shape our full sales cycle process and help set the foundation for a much larger GTM team expansion in 2026
Hunt for deals. We have a highly performant outbound engine, but this role is not for you if you are expecting to never cold call or run GTM experiments
Work in person. We have a strong conviction that our best work happens together in our office in Union Square (NYC). You should be excited about working shoulder to shoulder with the rest of the team, every day

Required

You've been in a quota-carrying sales role for at least 1-2 years
You are comfortable sourcing, closing deals and building relationships with customers
You want to move fast while building with extreme quality
You don't need an established brand behind you to sell
You deeply understand the risk factor associated with joining an early stage startup and can articulate why you still want to do it
You are ok being a little selfish to achieve your results while balancing that with what the team needs as a whole to win

Preferred

Bonus: you've personally sold $50k+ ACVs in a MM/Enterprise software context
