Full Technician Skill Utilization
Working collaboratively with team members of all hospital services
Coaching associates based on need to aid in their success
Some regional travel required
Facilitate communication of ideas, policies, standards and performance
Provide feedback related to associate performance, and collaborate with leadership to develop performance improvement plans
Support associates in their career via VTNE guidance, licensure guidance, and scheduling
Maintain skill efficiency and knowledge
Qualification
Required
Enthusiastic experienced veterinary technician
CVTs, and experienced veterinary assistants welcome to apply
Ability to thrive in an environment that promotes and encourages growth and development
