Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Demonstrated experience working effectively with individuals and groups from a variety of identities, cultures, and backgrounds
Have a flexible schedule, be needed with little notice, and have availability on weekends and evenings as needed
Ability to function competently under pressure and effectively diffuse crisis situations
Ability to model open, direct, and honest communication
Proven experience working independently to complete projects
Must be able to be First Aid and CPR certified within one month of employment
Must have a valid driver's license

Preferred

Experience in crisis management is preferred
