Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and repairs as assigned
Identify the source of malfunctions and determine what repairs or maintenance is needed
Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required and perform road tests when needed
Clearly explain procedures and repairs directly to the Service Advisors
Follow provincial and company policies and safety regulations
Qualification
Required
Passionate about cars and customer service
Expertise in automotive repair, maintenance, and providing quality service
Motivated to grow in a fast-paced environment
Valid Red Seal Certification an asset
BC Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract required
Strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, proficient with diagnostic tools and technology
Pride in workmanship, confidence in abilities, desire to exceed customer expectations
