Responsibilities

Working on well control equipment
Assembly/disassembly of choke manifolds
Performing inspections and preventative maintenance on BOP equipment
On call for any urgent field related issues

Qualification

BOP knowledgeWell control equipmentField inspectionsPC software skillsCommunication skills

Required

Thorough knowledge of BOP and well control equipment
Thorough knowledge of field inspections as related to BOP and well control equipment
Good written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively
Basic PC-based software application skills: excel, word, etc
Ability to travel (valid driver's license required)
High school diploma or GED and 1-3 years of well control or BOP/drilling rig experience
