Account Director, GSI Partnerships

Responsibilities
Own and deliver revenue targets tied to assigned GSI partnerships
Execute joint account planning with GSI partners to build and advance pipeline
Drive partner-sourced and influenced opportunities through the full sales cycle
Lead enterprise sales engagements from opportunity identification to close
Present Uniphore’s AI solutions and craft value-based business cases for executives
Negotiate complex agreements to ensure win-win outcomes
Build and sustain trusted senior-level relationships with GSI sales leaders and practice heads
Act as the primary point of contact for sales execution with designated GSIs
Partner with Marketing to deliver co-branded campaigns and joint events
Align with Product and Solutions Engineering to ensure partner solutions address customer needs
Work with Customer Success to ensure adoption and expansion of GSI-driven deployments
Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting within Salesforce
Qualification
Required
8+ years of enterprise sales experience in SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology
Proven success in GSI/BPO partnerships and co-sell motions
Demonstrated track record of quota attainment in complex solution selling
Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders at GSIs and customers
Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success
Bachelor's degree required
