Responsibilities
Investigate and litigate complex affirmative matters that protect and advance workers’ rights in Illinois
Build investigations using subpoena power and litigate cases to end unlawful practices in the workplace
Obtain meaningful relief for Illinois workers
Monitor and propose legislation concerning labor and employment issues
Qualification
Required
Candidates must be licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois at the time of application
Candidates must demonstrate excellent research and writing skills
Candidates must have a strong commitment to public service
Preferred
Preferred candidates will have at least one year of litigation experience
Preferred candidates will have foreign language skills
