Loon Mountain Resort is a customer-focused organization seeking a Rental Shop Technician to assist guests with renting equipment while delivering excellent customer service. The role involves fitting guests with skis, snowboards, and other equipment, ensuring safety and comfort, and contributing to the overall cleanliness and safety of the resort.

Responsibilities

Help guests pick out appropriate size skis/snowboard

Fit boots and adjust bindings to proper settings for comfort and safety

Select correct size ski poles

Verify all signatures and initials on liability release form

Binding test per ASTM standards

Contribute to team effort by participating in Job Sharing, assuming responsibility for the cleanliness of the resort and safety of guests and employees; participating in safety meetings; accepting diverse assignments; maintain a positive and friendly attitude and demeanor in all internal and external interactions

Meet service level objectives and department goals as set forth by immediate supervisor

May be required to work in Food and Beverage during the middle of the day

Must be cross-trained in all Rental Shop positions
