Responsibilities
Utilizes the appropriate technique to prepare medications to be dispensed for patient administration
Performs a variety of activities/services to maintain an adequate inventory of pharmacy supplies and medications both in the pharmacy and in the patient care areas
Performs a variety of patient care related services that indirectly affects each patient’s quality of care
Performs a variety of administrative and operational functions in support of the Pharmaceutical Services Department
Qualification
Required
Pharmacy Technician licensure
Preferred
2+ years inpatient pharmacy experience
1+ years IV compounding experience
