The role involves assessing and completing mitigation services, maintaining communication between management, customers, and insurance companies, and ensuring a clean and professional work environment.
Responsibilities
Maintain clear communication between office and customers
Maintain a clean and professional appearance of yourself, assigned vehicle and equipment
Prepare rooms/areas for work needs
Set up staging areas and equipment as needed for each project
Perform end of day/end of job clean up and breakdown to leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance
Perform all production processes following SERVPRO production guidelines per order by management
Qualification
Required
Ability to travel locally and out-of-state as needed
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject by applicable laws
Minimum High School Diploma or GED
Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds unassisted and up to 100 pounds with assistance
Walking, standing, and driving for extended periods
Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling and extended ceiling heights
Ability to work in compact spaces. (crawlspaces, attics, etc)
Repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting and carrying of items
Ability to work on-call and after business hours as needed
Clear and Effective oral and written communication
Preferred
Experience in cleaning/restoration industry is preferred
IICRC certification is preferred
