Responsibilities
Complete Maryland State Inspections
Examine and diagnose vehicles
Discuss repairs with shop personnel or service advisors
Communicate additional service requests to service advisors
Complete records and/or documentation for client repairs
Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations
Qualification
Required
MUST BE A CERTIFIED MARYLAND STATE VEHICLE INSPECTOR
MSI Certification required
Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen
Excellent customer service skills
Basic Computer skills
Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Must have a valid driver's license
Math, reading, and computer skills
Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures, and specifications
Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
