Responsibilities
Calibrates and certifies Test, Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology utilizing certified laboratory standards and manufacturer, commercial or military specifications/calibration procedures
Calibrates and troubleshoots fault isolation, adjustment and repairs using Test Measure Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) certified laboratory standards
The candidate will be required to calibrate linear dimensional hand tools and other related equipment

Required
Must be a US citizen
Must have Dimensional Metrology Experience
Calibrates and certifies Test, Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology utilizing certified laboratory standards and manufacturer, commercial or military specifications/calibration procedures
Calibrates and troubleshoots fault isolation, adjustment and repairs using Test Measure Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) certified laboratory standards
Candidate will be required to calibrate linear dimensional hand tools and other related equipment
Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
This is an apprentice level position, and the candidate must display a positive attitude towards learning new tasks
Candidate must be detail orientated
Candidate must have strong math skills
High school diploma
Requires 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area
Preferred
Applicable technical training
2 years of direct experience in the field
Associate degree in engineering technology or other relevant field
1-year direct experience
Strong computer skills
Experience with Indysoft
Experience with Fluke Met/Team
Experience with Fluke Met/Track
Met/Cal experience
Previous customer service experience
Familiarity with hand tools and their usage
Proficient in High School level Algebra
