Optimum RV is a premier RV dealership committed to providing quality service and a wide selection of recreational vehicles. They are looking for a skilled and dedicated RV Service Technician to join their service team and ensure customers' RVs are maintained and repaired to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

Performing inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural components

Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner

Conducting pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) to ensure RVs meet quality and safety standards before delivery to customers

Documenting all work performed, including parts used and labor time, in the dealership's service management system

Communicating with service advisors and customers to provide detailed explanations of repairs and maintenance work

Keeping up-to-date with industry standards, manufacturer guidelines, and technical bulletins

Maintaining a clean and organized work area and ensuring tools and equipment are in good working condition

Adhering to all safety protocols and company policies

All other responsibilities as assigned

Willing to learn all aspects of RV repair including house repairs

Current certification (RVIA/RVDA/RVTI) OR interest in completing online training courses for RVIA certification
