Responsibilities
Competently diagnose and repair any product sold in the dealerships; Motorcycles, ATV’s, UTV’s and watercrafts
Accurately perform full and complete diagnosis on products in for service
Complete a repair order efficiently and within scheduled amount of time
Train, mentor, and transfer skills/experience to other technicians
Meet deadlines and complete work in a productive and profitable manner
Maintain a positive relationship with all Del Amo employees and customers
Abide and comply with all dealership policies and compliances
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years as a powersports technician required
Own M1 License and clean driving record
Technical and/or Mechanical abilities
Familiarity of product lines sold in dealership
