Responsibilities

Own and drive key revenue operations initiatives, including systems, reporting, forecasting, process optimization, territories, and compensation

Own and optimize our Salesforce instance (custom objects, automations, etc.) and broader GTM tech stack – evaluating, purchasing, and implementing new tools where needed

Reimagine Rev Ops for the AI era, translating that vision into scalable systems, processes, and strategies across both RevOps and GTM teams

Partner cross-functionally with GTM leaders and individual contributors across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Implementation, Finance, Legal, and our C-suite to proactively identify areas of opportunity and drive alignment

Attract, build, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a best-in-class RevOps organization and culture

Required

4+ years of Revenue Operations or related Operations role at a fast-growth venture-backed SaaS startup

Strong understanding of Rev Ops best practices

Highly analytical (SQL knowledge is a plus)

Hands-on experience managing a modern SaaS tech stack (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, Gong/Attention, Ironclad, Clay, Clari/BoostUp, Apollo/ZoomInfo, Outreach/Salesloft, Chili Piper/Default, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)

Proven experience partnering with Sales teams and presenting insights and recommendations to C-suite executives

Experience leveraging AI tools and automation

Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week
