HVAC Technician 1 (HVAC Helper)

The role involves assisting with maintaining warehouse inventory and providing crews with necessary materials at job sites, while offering an opportunity to learn about the HVAC industry.

Responsibilities

Become a master installer of heat pump/ mini-split systems, ducted systems, and basic controls
Learn to perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, modifications and repairs to HVAC commercial equipment
Have the work ethic to want to finish on time and correctly with minimal call backs

Qualification

EPA CertificationHVAC experienceFluent EnglishOrganizational skillsDetail-oriented

Required

Candidates must have EPA certifications
Must be driven, highly organized, and detail-oriented
Candidate must be located within a reasonable distance of Marlborough, MA
Must have valid driver's license with clean driver record
Must be able to undergo a background check
Must be able to speak fluent English
Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more regularly
Must be able to be on your feet 6-8 hours per day
Must be able to learn and follow proper lifting, pushing, pulling and moving techniques where safety is a priority

Preferred

1 year of prior HVAC experience a PLUS but not required
High School or GED equivalent preferred
