Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records and transactions using Quickbooks Desktop and Online

Simple filing of tax returns (payroll and 1040)

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable and receivable

Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts

Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations

Support the tax preparation process as needed
