NEOGOV is seeking a Golf Attendant to work at the City of Farmington Hills Golf Course. The role involves collecting fees, assisting customers, and maintaining the golf course and cart facilities.

Responsibilities

Collect green fees and cart fees
Handle merchandise sales
Coordinate tee sheet and tee times
Assist customers with cart rentals, including insuring that tee times are maintained
Perform basic cleaning and maintenance and record keeping on electric cart fleet
Clean and maintain cart facility and Golf Club grounds
Perform ranger duties on golf course
Other duties as assigned
Must be able to work nights and weekends if assigned

Customer serviceValid Michigan Driver’s licenseDriving golf cartsRetail sales experienceComputer knowledgeGolf knowledge

Required

Must have excellent customer service skills
Must have a valid Michigan Driver's license with good driving record
Ability to drive golf carts in confined areas required
Some experience in retail sales, handling money desirable
Knowledge of computers and golf is helpful
18 years of age and High School graduate or equivalent
