Bozeman Health is a healthcare organization seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support daily mechanical operations of the hospital and medical office buildings. The role involves performing routine maintenance, security tasks, and coordinating with vendors for facility repairs and renovations.

Responsibilities

Perform daily rounds through areas of responsibility, make repairs as required and/ or trouble-shoot equipment and/or facility problems

Perform basic plumbing work (shutting off valves, unclogging of toilets, leaks, etc)

Perform basic electrical work (resetting breakers, changing ballasts, light bulb replacements, switch replacements, etc)

Perform basic HVAC work (preventive maintenance of air units, etc)

Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and systems on a scheduled basis

Consult with customer departments on equipment replacement, facility renovations and/or interior improvement

Coordinate with vendors or contractors to coordinate necessary facility repairs or renovations

Maintain complete documentation of work orders, status and progress
