Responsibilities

Assist higher level personnel with the daily operations of the home-delivered meal program
Involved in the cleaning activities which facilitate good sanitation and food service
Help assist setting up and tearing down beverage stations in dining room
Helping serve and pack home-delivered meals
Collect and clean delivery bags and coolers
Clean work areas and center serving area
Taking out garbage
Mopping floors
Assisting other kitchen staff as needed with meal preparation
Washing dishes
Assisted staff and volunteers of dining room serving line
Ensure standards of sanitation and food safety are maintained
