Responsibilities
Perform and document purification, downstream processing, characterization, and formulation of oligonucleotides
Operate and maintain analytical instruments such as HPLC, UV-VIS, and other laboratory equipment
Assist in troubleshooting and process development for scale-up activities
Monitor lab supply inventory and generate purchase requisitions as needed
Enter production and testing data into SAP/LIMS systems and maintain accurate documentation
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure equipment maintenance, calibration, and compliance with cGMP standards
Contribute to experimental design, protocol writing, and report generation
Support continuous improvement by evaluating new methods, products, and equipment
Participate in required training and maintain compliance with SOPs, OSHA regulations, and safety policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
1–3 years of laboratory or manufacturing experience (biotech/pharma environment preferred)
Hands-on experience with purification techniques (HPLC, UV-VIS) strongly desired
Familiarity with GMP compliance, SOPs, and regulated lab documentation
Proficiency with MS Word and Excel; experience with SAP/LIMS a plus
