Travel
Responsibilities
Assist the leaders in appropriate load-out of work vehicle(s) each day
Make sure all equipment is loaded up and accounted for before leaving the shop or a jobsite
Look for opportunities to increase daily revenue through simple up-sells and additional scheduled work
Eagerly complete all assignments given to you by the leaders such as the Vehicle Appearance Checklist
Seek out opportunities to assist your team by working independently and taking initiative
Deliver extraordinary guest experiences every day
Provide friendly, attentive, and timely service
Maintain situational awareness of your surroundings
Keep an eye on all areas for tidiness and any general maintenance issues
Maintain knowledge of Sea Island’s properties, services, and offerings
Help resolve any service issues that arise in a timely and positive way
Be proactive in aiding when needed and are willing to help with other areas or duties as requested
