Responsibilities
Visiting homeowners on pre-scheduled appointments to inspect and maintain systems we’ve installed
Identifying and recommending additional solutions to protect and improve their homes
Providing exceptional service and answering homeowner questions
Documenting work and updating records using company software
Collaborating with the team to ensure a smooth, efficient, and high-quality experience for every homeowner
Qualification
Required
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, crawl, kneel, climb ladders, and enter crawlspaces
Strong listening, closing, and follow-up skills
Valid driver's license and eligibility for coverage under the company's insurance policy
Comfortable using computer software (training provided)
Preferred
1+ years of sales experience preferred
Construction experience is a plus
