Responsibilities

Analyze, plan, and perform preventive maintenance of HVAC systems

Troubleshoot, repair, and make modifications to HVAC systems

Adhere to all city, state, and federal regulatory statutes

Maintain maintenance records

Order and maintain parts as needed to repair and maintain HVAC equipment

Manage relationships with all vendor accounts

Properly maintain and safeguard Powers assets

Installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems

Knowledge of refrigeration, electrical, control systems, welding, and plumbing

Excellent customer service skills

Analyze, plan, and perform preventive maintenance of HVAC systems

Troubleshoot, repair, and make modifications to HVAC systems

Adhere to all city, state, and federal regulatory statutes

Maintain maintenance records

Order and maintain parts as needed to repair and maintain HVAC equipment

Understands refrigeration recovery, evacuation, and charging

Understands and has mastered the heating cycle

Understands and has mastered electron theory, how electricity travels, AC and DC currents, single phase and three phase circuits, and series and parallel circuits

Understands and has mastered the fundamentals of temperature and humidity measurement and its temperature, humidity, cleanliness, and distribution

Understands and has mastered all types of HVAC systems and how each component within the system operates in conjunction with the other components and how that impacts the overall operations of the system as a whole

Knowledge of Windows operating systems

3-10 years of commercial HVAC experience

Able to lift and carry 10-50 lbs. and up to 100 lbs. with assistance

Sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, reach, repetitive hand motions, hear, speak

Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening and have a clean driving record
