Doing maintenance, repair, replacement and fit-out work
Installing, servicing, trouble-shooting and repairing HVAC systems
Residential plumbing
Basic knowledge of electrical systems
Qualification

Experience as an HVAC Residential Service Technician
Capability of providing full scope of mechanical service work, including installing, servicing, troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems
Experience with residential plumbing
Basic knowledge of electrical systems
Must submit to a background check and drug screen
Must possess current valid driver's license
Must have a diploma or GED
Reliable transportation
Own set of basic hand tools
Preferred
EPA Universal Certification
