Responsibilities

Interpret and work from blueprints, diagrams, sketches, and manuals to ensure accurate tooling setup and repairs

Set up and operate manual machines (lathes, mills, drills, surface grinders) and maintain tooling to production standards

Use hand tools such as die grinders, files, and sandpaper to finish and adjust components

Install, troubleshoot, and maintain dies, including knowledge of hydraulic and electrical components

Perform welding operations (TIG/Arc) as needed for tooling modifications or repairs

Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes during tooling installation and maintenance

Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and 5S standards

Collaborate with team members to resolve tooling issues and minimize downtime
