They are seeking an experienced HVAC Commercial & Residential Service Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on heating and cooling systems in clients' homes and businesses.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, perform diagnosis, repair/replace heating and cooling systems, plumbing repairs, as well as complete assigned preventive maintenance

Provide full scope of mechanical service work, including installing, servicing, trouble-shooting and repairing HVAC systems, residential plumbing and basic knowledge of electrical systems

Service and retrofit/replacement of Commercial HVAC Equipment

Required

Must pass background check and drug screen

Capable of providing full scope of mechanical service work, including installing, servicing, trouble-shooting and repairing HVAC systems

Proficient with all aspects of HVAC systems including packaged rooftop units, gas furnaces, boilers, heat-pumps and cooling systems, humidification and commercial associated controls

Basic knowledge of electrical systems

Service and retrofit/replacement of Commercial HVAC Equipment

Must possess current valid drivers license

Must have diploma or GED

Reliable transportation

Own set of basic hand tools
