As a Set-Up Technician, you will be responsible for contributing to the production environment by managing job statuses, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting Pressman with changeovers.

Responsibilities
Check on Job status on presses: Ink, paper, plates, dies, boxes (need 150 made at end of shift), acetate, and cores
Demount and put away all jobs that are finished
Open pallets of stock for Pressman
Move pallets to the staging area when jobs are finished
Keep up with the compactor and the compactor area cleaned
Move blue bins when full
Keep the press area clean, trash, pallets, plastic, etc
Check plates and dies, if cut, put in the plate room to remake, do not throw cut ones out
Help Pressman with changeovers
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
Qualification
Required
Previous manufacturing experience and/or training
Ability to read and comprehend standard work instructions, math, and measuring
Strong attendance record and arrival at work on time
High school diploma or GED
