The Passive Fire Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire-stopping systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards through inspections and repairs.

Repairs to fire resistant walls and fire rated structures to bring back into compliance

Following technical drawings and plans

Does require out of town and overnight travel

Required

High school Diploma, or equivalent, required

Ability to operate a computer, tablet and read electronic blueprints required

Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required

Must have the ability to effectively read, write and communicate in English with employees and customers

Must be able to comply with SFPH's Drug and Alcohol policy and Background screening requirements, which may also include customer specific requirements based on contractual agreement

Frequent travel required, up to 75%
