Responsibilities
Assisting the Director of Therapy Operations in the daily operations of the therapy team, including scheduling, orientation, training, and communication with the occupational therapy staff and hospital departments
Providing direct care to patients and building rewarding relationships by understanding each patients physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid in their recovery
Qualification
Required
Leadership skills in Occupational Therapy
Ability to implement procedures and treatments
Specialized skills to deliver compassionate, personalized care
Experience in assisting with daily operations of a therapy team
Ability to provide direct care to patients
Understanding of patients' physical, mental, and emotional needs
