Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, perform diagnosis, repair/replace heating and cooling systems
Plumbing repairs
Complete assigned preventive maintenance
Installing, servicing, troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems
Service and retrofit/replacement of Commercial HVAC Equipment
Qualification
Required
Must pass background check and drug screen
Capable of providing full scope of mechanical service work, including installing, servicing, troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems
Proficient with all aspects of HVAC systems including packaged rooftop units, gas furnaces, boilers, heat-pumps and cooling systems, humidification and commercial associated controls
Basic knowledge of electrical systems
Service and retrofit/replacement of Commercial HVAC Equipment
Must possess current valid driver's license
Must have diploma or GED
Reliable transportation
Own set of basic hand tools
Preferred
EPA Universal Certification strongly preferred
