Responsibilities
Support day-to-day client contact, ensuring timely updates and smooth collaboration
Join client calls, take clear notes, and follow up on next steps
Work cross-functionally with Campaign, Strategy, and Creator teams to maintain aligned communication
Help track campaign timelines, deliverables, and approvals
Ensure internal systems, documents, and assets are always up to date
Flag risks early and keep teams informed so delivery stays on track
Collaborate with the Data team to compile campaign results and insights
Contribute to wrap reports highlighting key outcomes and learnings
Spot opportunities to improve client satisfaction, communication flow, or delivery processes
Uphold Kyra’s quality standards and values in every project
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or creative account management (agency or brand-side)
You love structure, timelines, and clarity — and you take pride in getting the details right
You're friendly, professional, and confident working with internal and external teams
You're excited to learn fast, adapt, and contribute to a company redefining how creators and brands collaborate
Preferred
You've supported creator or social campaigns in lifestyle, beauty, or entertainment
You take initiative, anticipate needs, and love being the go-to person who makes things happen
