Responsibilities
Traveling to dealerships for on-site cosmetic repair
Inspecting vehicles to be painted for repair
Prepping and/or buffing defects
Mixing paint to specific color using standard formulas or color charts
Painting, sanding, masking, blending and/or polishing finish and retouching as needed
Qualification
Required
High School diploma
Need to have a valid driver's license & good driving record
Ability to interact with co-workers and customers
Have at least two years of experience as an auto painter, prepping, and/or collision repair technician
Must be detail oriented
Must be an active listener and exercise sound judgment
Must be a good multi-tasker
The ability to follow complex instructions is a plus
Should have ample knowledge of safety precautions
Benefits
40-hour minimum work week, Monday through Friday.
Pay is highly competitive, paint leads earn up to 30% of gross bill out.
