Responsibilities
Follow established protocol and SOP to mitigate damage resulting from disaster, including but not limited to fire, smoke, wind, water, mold and mildew
Perform light demolition work, rebuild
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED certification
Reliable transportation
Current, valid driver's license
Good driving record
Own set of basic tools
Ability to follow specific directions
Ability to read tape measure accurately
Ability to stand or walk for long periods
Ability to use arms and hands to reach for, handle and manipulate objects
Ability to lift and carry materials weighing 50 to 100 lbs
Capability of climbing up and down ladders, scaffolds and other objects
Ability to carry tools and equipment
Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and see, either naturally or with correction
On-call availability
Ability to work overtime as necessary
